Nalanda Vidyaniketan School is seeking a dynamic and personable Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The Admission Counsellor will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the school's programs, and a passion for helping families make informed decisions about their children's education.



  • Prospective Student Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about the school’s programs, culture, and values.

  • Admissions Process Management: Guide families through the admissions process, including application submission, interviews, campus tours, and any necessary testing.

  • Information Sessions and Tours: Organize and conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective students and parents, showcasing the school's facilities and academic offerings.

  • Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and their families via phone calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring they have all the information needed to make an informed decision.

  • Application Review: Assist in reviewing and processing applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Collaboration with Academic Staff: Work closely with academic staff to understand program offerings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to prospective students.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing admissions-related events such as open houses, orientation programs, and information sessions.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for attracting new students, and provide insights to improve the admissions process.
